USING THE FILES
legend.csv defines the columns, units, formats and blank-value meanings.
CSV is UTF-8 with headers. Import identifiers, ZIP codes and phones as text. Blank differs from zero or false.
LICENSES.txt contains source attribution and applicable notices.

LIMITATIONS
- An approval record is not a verified unique loan ID or a current business-directory listing.
- Fiscal-year cohorts use October 1 through September 30; they are selected from a later publication, not original year-end snapshots.
- No borrower email, phone or website enrichment is included in this base approval dataset.
